A new security system with multiple cameras and new locks was installed
2024 Spring Maintenance Completed Maintenance
• Middle boiler heat exchanger replaced
• Pump for the left boiler replaced
• Pump for the snow melt system replaced
• Chlorine feeders for all 4 hot tubs were repaired
• UV lights for all 4 hot tubs repaired and are working
• Water auto-fill system for all 4 hot tubs are now working
• Drywells and sensors for all 4 hot tubs replaced/repaired
• New LED lights in all 4 hot tubs were installed
• Sand filters had all new sand put in and any repairs needed were completed
• All small leaks were repaired
• New jet jump timers
• Water bottle filling station installed in hallway outside restrooms
• Replaced outdoor clock by hot tubs
• Replaced missing soap dispenser in men’s shower stall
• Replaced missing wall tile outside men’s shower stall
• Repaired damage to the wall from the men’s room door handle
• Installed door stops in both restrooms
• Tightened screws on loose toilet seat in men’s room
• Replaced missing backplate on south gate lock
• Confirmed north building door is locking properly
• Ordered trash/recycle container in compliance with Town recycling
