The ‘Guest Access’ function to add or delete user codes is now found by selecting the ‘Life’ button at the bottom of the screen on the opening screen of the SmartThings app.
Each owner should do the following when you have a chance. This will allow your digital locks to work correctly when using remote functions.
- Update your SmartThings app on your mobile device to the latest version
- Allow automatic updates to the SmartThings devices – See below for directions
